General Prices
At Jungle Family Park, we offer a variety of fee options to ensure that everyone can enjoy an amazing experience at our park. Below you will find our prices:
Children under 2 years old: Admission is free! Younger children can enjoy the park free of charge.
Children under 120cm: The rate for our little adventurers is only 15€. It’s the perfect price for them to enjoy a day full of fun and adventure.
Children 120cm and over: For our young visitors, admission is €25. An ideal opportunity for them to explore and have fun in a safe and exciting environment.
Adults: Companion rate €7.50, and can use the same rides as children of 120cm or more.
Adults (over 65 years old): As well as children, seniors can enjoy the park free of charge.
Reduced prices
At Jungle Family Park, we want to make sure that everyone has access to our facilities. That’s why we offer special discounts for:
People with Mobility Disabilities: Your entry is free of charge. We strive to make our park accessible to everyone.
People with disabilities, equal or greater than 33%: Enjoy a 10% discount. At Jungle Family Park, we believe in inclusion and accessibility.
Large families: We offer a 10% discount for large families. We know how important it is to enjoy together as a family.
Groups (minimum 20 people): If you come in a group of at least 20 people, everyone will enjoy a 10% discount.
School groups: For school groups, we offer a special 20% discount.

Celebrate your event or birthday with us!
We offer special discounts for these events, as long as the menu is booked in advance:
If at least 6 guest menus are booked, the birthday boy/girl is free.



PREPARE YOUR VISIT
At Jungle Family Park, we strive to provide a safe and fun experience for all our visitors. Below are some important guidelines to ensure that everyone enjoys their time at the park responsibly.

Right of admission
Access to the facilities is exclusively reserved for our clients. This includes the possibility of restricting access to those who do not meet the requirements for the safe conduct of activities.
Single-use ticket
The ticket allows one-time entry and exit.
Children under 18 years old
They must be under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
Appropriate clothing and footwear
Sports shoes, socks and suitable clothing must be worn to access the attractions.
Our snack
The park offers a wide range of food and drinks for users.
Cameras and mobiles
They may be used, but at your own risk.
Unguided tour
The monitors ensure the correct use of the facilities. They do not accompany visitors.
Return of the ticket
In the event that our staff decide that you cannot or should not carry out the activity.

how to get there
To get to Jungle Family you have several public transport options:
By train:The Cercanías Line C-1 is the closest. Plaza Mayor station is about 10 minutes walk away.
By bus: The bus lines that take you to Jungle Family are Line 10, M-110, M-123, M-136, M-112 and M-113. The nearest stops are IKEA and Alfredo Kraus (Shopping Centre), which are about 5-10 minutes walk away.
FAQS
What is the appropriate age to go to the park?
All ages are welcome in our park. However, children under 120 cm are restricted in some areas for safety reasons, although the park is suitable for all ages.
Why are there two types of bracelets?
The bracelets serve to differentiate the height of the children, as some areas are adapted to different sizes.
Do adults also pay?
Yes, everyone has to pay an entrance fee, as the attractions are available to everyone, including adults.
Are there monitors in the park?
Yes, we have monitors distributed throughout the attractions to supervise proper use and assist participants who need it.
Why are slippers and socks compulsory?
Due to the characteristics of the attractions, it is compulsory to wear closed sports shoes and socks to protect your feet.
Is it possible to enter and leave the park with the same ticket?
The ticket allows you to stay in the park during opening hours, but does not allow re-entry once you leave (except for special needs).
Are there water fountains in the park?
Yes, we have several water fountains distributed throughout the park.
Does the park have a cafeteria?
Yes, we have a snack area with a variety of menus for children and adults.
Can I bring food into the park?
No coolers, tupperware or glass containers are allowed, as the park does not have a picnic area. However, we do have vending machines available.
Are pets allowed in the park?
Sorry, but pets are not allowed in the park.
What does ‘the deposit’ mean to use the Minigolf?
A deposit of €5 is required to use the clubs and balls for Minigolf, which is refundable on return of the equipment.
What happens if I have an online booking or purchase and it rains that day?
Due to weather conditions, tickets are not refundable on the day of the visit. Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the booked day.
